WARNING:
- Never use steam cleaning equipment.
- Disconnect the appliance from the
power supply.
IMPORTANT: do not use corrosive or
abrasive detergents. If any of these products
accidentally comes into contact with the
appliance, clean immediately with a damp
cloth.
Clean the surfaces with a damp cloth.
If it is very dirty, add a few drops of
washing up detergent to the water.
Finish off with a dry cloth.
IMPORTANT: do not use abrasive sponges
or metallic scrapers or scourers. Over time,
these can ruin the surface.
Use detergents speci cally designed for
cleaning the appliance and follow the
manufacturer instructions.
IMPORTANT: clean the lters at least
monthly to remove any oil or grease
residuals.
To clean the grease lter
The metal grease lter has an unlimited life
and must be washed once a month by hand
or dishwasher at low temperature and with
a short cycle.
With cleaning in a dishwasher the grease
lter may become dull; this does not effect
its ltering capacity.
Grease lter maintenance:
1. Disconnect the hood from the power
supply.
2. Open the extraction grille or remove the
self-supporting grease lter (in the latter
case, wash the lter immediately).
3. Remove the device securing the grease
lter.
4. Remove the dirty grease lter.
5. After changing or washing the grease
lter (depending on the model), re t
by proceeding in reverse order, making
sure it covers the entire extraction
surface.
Charcoal lter maintenance
(Recirculation hoods only).
Charcoal lter is neither lavable nor
regenerable.
Replace it every 4 months.
1. Disconnect the hood from the power
supply.
2. Open the extractor grille or remove the
self-supporting grease lter.
3. Fit the lter over the extraction motor
protection grille so that the slots on the
lter match the hooking pins located at
the sides of the motor protection grille.
4. Turn the charcoal lter clockwise to lock
it (bayonet xing).
