To bake food on 1 shelf position for a more inten-

sive browning and a crispy bottom. When you use

this function, decrease the oven temperature by 20

- 40 °C from the standard temperatures you use for

cooking with the function Conventional (Top and

Bottom Heat).

To bake and roast food on 1 shelf position.

Bottom Heat To bake cakes with crispy bottom and to preserve

food.

Defrost To defrost frozen food.

The knob for the temperature must be in the off po-

sition.

Grilling To grill flat food and to toast bread.

Fast Grilling To grill flat food in large quantities and to toast

bread.

Grilling with Fan To roast larger meat joints or poultry with bones on

1 shelf position. Also to make gratins and to brown.
