Activating and deactivating the appliance

1. Turn the knob for the oven functions to

an oven function.

2. Turn the knob for the temperature to a

temperature.

The temperature indicator comes on while

the temperature in the appliance increases.

3. To deactivate the appliance, turn the

knob for the oven functions and the

knob for the temperature to the Off

position.

Top oven functions

Symbol Oven function Application

Off position The appliance is off.

Light To activate the lamp without a cooking function.

It can be used with residual heat in final cooking

phase to save energy.

Conventional (Top

and Bottom Heat)

To bake and roast food on 1 shelf position.

Fast Grilling To grill flat food in large quantities and to toast

bread.

Main oven functions

Off position The appliance is off.

Light To activate the lamp without a cooking function.

It can be used with residual heat in final cooking

phase to save energy.

Forced Air Cooking To bake on up to 2 shelf positions at the same time

and to dry food. When you use this function, de-

crease the oven temperature by 20 - 40 °C from the

standard temperatures you use for cooking with the

function Conventional (Top and Bottom Heat).
